ComplyElite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Webinar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations (for e.g. if the participation is less than five in number) or circumstances beyond its control. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event, 48 hours prior to the start time of the Webinar event.

Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement through a banker's check deposited to the bank account specified by you. Please mail in your request with the bank details or you could even update the details by logging in to ComplyElite.com and your payment will be processed within 3 working days.

Individual attendees can cancel their event for any specific reason. They must notify ComplyElite about the cancellation of an event at least two working days prior to the event start date.

If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if she/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.
